Nicole D. Barker, Esq.

Nicole D. Barker is an attorney in the consumer collections practice area of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA. Ms. Barker primarily covers the firm's hearings and matters for the state of Indiana. Ms. Barker has litigated and defended numerous cases in the Indiana Superior Courts, Circuit Courts, and Small Claims Courts. Her defense cases include a variety of alleged violations of consumer statutes, including those of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA).

Ms. Barker earned her J.D. from the Valparaiso University School of Law, where she graduated with honors in trademark law and legal writing. She graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and an avid runner, having completed four marathons and several half marathons.
