Nathalie Paul, Esq.

Nathalie Paul is an Attorney located in the firm's Philadelphia office who practices in consumer collections. Ms. Paul provides her clients with a thorough approach to recovery, by counseling them through each step of the collection and litigation process, including cases involving a bankruptcy. From preparing and reviewing all pleadings, from the initial complaint through discovery to judgment, Ms. Paul has successfully negotiated with clients, consumers, and opposing counsel to achieve a speedy and cost-effective resolution of cases, including the arrangement of legal settlements.

Ms. Paul earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and her B.A. in history from the University of Pittsburgh. She is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Creditors Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.
