Jonathan D. Kutilek, Esq.

Jonathan D. Kutilek is an attorney in the firm’s Chicago office, where he practices in consumer collections. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kutilek worked for several firms in Florida, where he concentrated his creditor’s rights practice primarily on residential foreclosure. He has also held an assistant manager position for a financial services company, where he assisted consumer borrowers with mortgages, auto loans, personal loans, and collections. 

Mr. Kutilek is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, and is licensed in Illinois. He earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, and his B.S. in business administration from the University of Central Florida.
