Early on in her collegiate studies, Courtney developed a strong passion for politics and the laws that uphold our country. It was only a matter of time before she decided to turn that passion into a career as an attorney. Upon graduating from law school, Courtney worked as a law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court Clerk. She then worked as a creditor’s rights attorney for a small firm in New Jersey, where she handled contested and uncontested foreclosure matters, as well as foreclosure mediations.

Courtney’s typical clients are from large national banks and lending institutions. They look to her to provide counsel throughout the entire litigation recovery process. Her previous courtroom experience includes cases involving summary judgments, case management conferences, oppositions to motions to vacate defaults, final judgments and sales, and oppositions to emergent motions to stay sale.

A dedicated, focused, and diligent attorney, Courtney carefully considers how her work and her actions can help achieve the best end result for her clients. She takes the time to listen to her clients and gain a clear picture of their ultimate goal, and then takes proactive steps to assist them in efficiently and ethically reaching that goal.

A native of South Jersey, Courtney travels home often to visit her family. Her other favorite state-side vacation spots are Ocean City and Florida. When she has the opportunity, she loves travelling internationally; her favorite overseas destination is Ireland (Sláinte!). Courtney also enjoys watching her favorite sports teams: the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, and the Flyers.
