Allen J. Reis, Esq.

In Central Ohio, he leads the firm’s commercial collections practice, including commercial banking, commercial business, special collections, and commercial agency collections. He works with a range of clients, from community banks and credit unions, to some of the largest and most recognizable financial institutions in the United States. Mr. Reis represents his clients through all stages of litigation and collections in order to help them collect on loans, B2B trade debt, credit cards, fraud, and many other types of commercial debt.

Mr. Reis is the recipient of the Columbus Bar Association’s 2018 Professionalism Award, in recognition of exceptional dedication to the standards of the profession, and for demonstrated integrity. He has been an active member of the association for more than 40 years. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honor society.

Mr. Reis is AV® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest available rating for legal ability and professional ethics. He has also been recognized seven times by Ohio Super Lawyers (2007-08, 2010, 2012-15).

An active member of the Central Ohio community, he volunteers with the Mid-Ohio Foodbank and is heavily involved with the YMCA, as a volunteer at its Family Center, as a Youth Leader, and as a member of the Building Committee. In 2012, he was awarded the Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service, in honor of his outstanding contributions to the community.
