Jeffrey K. Bearss, Esq.

Jeffrey K. Bearss practices in consumer collections, assisting the Credit Union and Subrogation Practice Groups. He is based in the firm's Detroit, Michigan office. Mr. Bearss earned his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and a B.A. in political science from Michigan State University. He is licensed in Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Knights of Columbus.
