Sara M. Costanzo practices in multiple disciplines, including but not limited to community banking matters, collections for governmental claims, healthcare providers, utility service providers, and landlord claims. She is a frequent lecturer on topics including collection/work out strategies, elder abuse/financial misappropriation, landlord-tenant law, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other compliance topics, along with discussions on powers of attorney. Mrs. Costanzo has been named to the list of "Ohio Rising Stars" by Ohio Super Lawyers (2005-06, 2011-12), and was selected for Crain's Cleveland Business Forty Under 40.

Mrs. Costanzo is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and the Ohio State Bar Association, where she serves on the Health Care Law Subcommittee. She is also President of the Board of Directors for the Northern Ohio Credit Association, and Chair of the Northeast Ohio Board of the March of Dimes, where she has been an active volunteer since 2006. She was also appointed to the Business Executive Advisory Board for the Heidelberg School of Business (Berg Business Board), and invited to join as a member of the Strongsville Education Foundation Board.
