Amy Clum Holbrook, Esq.

Amy Clum Holbrook is a Shareholder who practices in the Collateral Recovery/Replevins Group, focusing on consumer collections and legal action recovery. Ms. Holbrook has been selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer (2017-18), and was named to the 2010 list of "Ohio Rising Stars." She participates on the Women's Leadership Council of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA), and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, where she is a team captain of their 3Rs program. The program connects lawyers, judges, law students, and paralegals with Cleveland high school students. She is also a Board Member Volunteer at FrontLine Service, a non-profit community behavioral health organization that aims to end homelessness, prevent suicide, resolve behavioral health crises, and overcome trauma.

Ms. Holbrook earned her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, and her B.A. with honors in sociology and management from Ohio Northern University. She is licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
