William T. Molczan, Esq.

William "Bill" T. Molczan is a Shareholder in the Pittsburgh office, where he manages the Pennsylvania Consumer Collections Group. Mr. Molczan has a wealth of experience in the creditors’ rights industry and has played a major part in developing the collections practice within the Pittsburgh office, growing the practice from three to 40 people over the past nine years.

Mr. Molczan started his legal career during law school, when he completed an internship with the Butler County, PA District Attorney. During the course of his career, he has worked as a general practitioner at a debtor’s boutique firm where he was involved in Chapter 11 reorganization and Chapter 11 steel mill cases, as well as working at several smaller creditors’ rights firms. A member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, he serves as the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Creditors Bar Association. Furthermore, he is a Martindale-Hubbell BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review Rated Attorney.
