Jason A. Mosbaugh, Esq.

Jason A. Mosbaugh practices in consumer collections, with a focus on general consumer collections matters, collateral recovery/replevin, healthcare collections, and insurance subrogation. Mr. Mosbaugh also handles business litigation, defense, and probate litigation, and has a growing practice in transportation collection and litigation. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, where he was conferred the Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP)® Designation – the specialized designation for subrogation professionals. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Transportation & Logistics Council, and the American, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio State, Clermont County and Cincinnati Bar Associations.

Mr. Mosbaugh earned his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and his B.S. in political science and pre-law from Miami University. He is licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Indiana, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the Southern District of Ohio, as well as the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
