Larry R. Rothenberg is a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Default Group who focuses on residential and commercial real estate, complex foreclosures, evictions, and title insurance issues. He is a seasoned presenter and author on topics concerning foreclosure and the mortgage servicing industry, and his work has been published in several nationally-distributed industry magazines and online publications. He has been recognized in 13 editions of Ohio Super Lawyers (2004-05, 2008-18), and is AV® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest available rating for legal ability and professional ethics.
Mr. Rothenberg currently serves as Chairman of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Foreclosure Procedures Committee, and has previously served as Chairman of the Real Estate Section. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Legal and Financial Network. He received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, and his B.B.A. summa cum laude from Ohio University. He is licensed in Ohio, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
