Ted M. Traut is a Shareholder who practices in consumer collections, focusing primarily on insurance subrogation matters. Mr. Traut is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, where he was conferred the Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP)® Designation – the specialized designation for subrogation professionals. He also serves on the association’s Ohio chapter committee, and has presented as a speaker at the annual conference. Mr. Traut is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Insurance Law Committee. He has been recognized in two editions of "Ohio Rising Stars" by Ohio Super Lawyers (2010-11), an honor awarded annually to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.

Mr. Traut earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and his B.S. in advertising from Kent State University. He is licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
