Scott S. Weltman is the firm's Managing Partner, and is located in the downtown Cleveland, Ohio office. Mr. Weltman brings more than 25 years of extensive collection litigation experience to his role, managing numerous cases of varying size and degree of difficulty. Prior to becoming managing partner, he served as partner of consumer collections, and manager of the firm’s Probate Group. His additional areas of practice include commercial/agency services, commercial banking, commercial business, and special collections. He has been recognized in several editions of Ohio Super Lawyers (2005, 2007, 2010-18), Ohio Rising Stars (2005), and is AV® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest available rating for legal ability and professional ethics.

Mr. Weltman is involved in numerous professional affiliations, including Beta Gamma Sigma, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Phi Kappa Phi, Order of the Coif, and State Bar of California Bar. He is licensed in California and Ohio, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California, The Law School, and a B.S. magna cum laude from the University of Southern California.
