Scott J. Best, Esq.

Scott J. Best is an attorney in the firm's Philadelphia office, where he practices in consumer and commercial collections. With more than a decade of experience as a collections attorney, including two years as in-house counsel with a debt buyer collection agency and six years with collections law firms, Mr. Best has represented numerous large banks and debt buyers.

Mr. Best earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, and his B.S. in political science from Villanova University. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the New Jersey District Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
