David Mullen, Esq.

David Mullen is an attorney based in the Brooklyn Heights office, where his practice is focused on general consumer collection and legal matters. He also leads the firm's K-12 tuition collections.

Mr. Mullen earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also attended The University of Akron, where he graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English and history, and a minor in creative writing.

Mr. Mullen is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, and an active member of the Cleveland Rovers Rugby Football Club. He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

He has been named in the 2019 edition of “Ohio Rising Stars” by Ohio Super Lawyers, an honor awarded annually to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.
