Carolyn M. Paris

Carolyn M. Paris is Weltman's director of human resources, responsible for leading the firm's strategy on all human resources issues. Ms. Paris supports Weltman's business unit leaders and management teams on strategic initiatives, and provides workforce planning for future employment needs. Her responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, talent development, succession planning, performance and change management. Ms. Paris has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and business management. She earned a B.S. in industrial accounting and business management from the University of Akron. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Ms. Paris is certified in human resources.
