Chris J. Kimes

Chris J. Kimes is Weltman's director of business development. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firm's sales channels, guiding the national business development team, and coordinating all sales efforts with firm management to collectively achieve growth goals. Mr. Kimes has a long history of collections and call center industry experience, including the launch of two successful collection agency entities. As an owner and operator for nearly 18 years, Mr. Kimes was instrumental in their growth and sustainability.

Mr. Kimes places great emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with his clients. He has an excellent understanding of his client's needs, and is known for translating ideas into action. His leadership attributes are exhibited furthermore, serving as head coach of both the Aurora Youth Baseball Association and Aurora Youth Football Association.
