Dawn C. Mead

Dawn C. Mead is Weltman's director of operations, responsible for managing operational support for the Ohio and Michigan offices, with administrative responsibility for the remaining four offices. Ms. Mead oversees the firm's mail services, office management, new accounts, file services, docket services, clerical support, reception, switchboard, messenger services, facilities, document management and payment processing. She also serves as primary liaison for third party operational vendors, including office equipment, offsite storage, shredding, office supplies, and overnight mail service. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt with more than 17 years of versatile experience in office management and customer service, her focus on process improvement has led to firm-wide increased operational efficiency.

Ms. Mead was instrumental in formalizing the firm's "green" initiatives, which have been recognized as "Green Certified" status by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association consistently since 2009. Ms. Mead also holds a leadership role in the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee, which is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for current and prospective employees.
