2010 Ohio Rising Stars

Traut, Esq.Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. is pleased to announce that nine of the firm’s associates were selected as Ohio Rising Stars in Ohio Super Lawyer magazine for 2010.
Julie A. DiBaggio, Scott D. Fink, David A. Head, Amy Clum Holbrook, Jim G. Kozelek, John B. C. Porter, Jennifer M. Monty, Tracy R. Schwotzer and Ted M. Traut were among 2.5 percent of Ohio’s licensed attorneys named Ohio Rising Stars. Super Lawyers magazine names attorneys in each state who received the highest point totals, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. The list includes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state – those who are 40 years old or younger or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
Located in the Brooklyn Heights operations center, Scott D. Fink focuses on bankruptcy, David A. Head concentrates on collection services and Ted M. Traut focuses on subrogation services. Based in the Cleveland office, Julie A. DiBaggio handles probate collections, Amy Clum Holbrook and Tracy R. Schwotzer focus on legal action recovery and Jennifer M. Monty focuses on litigation & defense. Within the Columbus office, John B. C. Porter concentrates on credit union representation, while Jim G. Kozelek handles commercial collections out of the Grove City operations center.
