Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), celebrating more than 80 years of creditors' rights service to clients, is pleased to announce that partner Stuart A. Best was named to the 2013 edition of Michigan Super Lawyers, along with attorney Jennifer T. Dillow, selected for her practice excellence as Michigan Rising Star.

Stuart Best was among the top five percent of Michigan's licensed attorneys to receive the honor. Stuart is a partner in the firm's Litigation & Defense Group based in Michigan. His practice includes matters in Consumer Finance Defense Litigation, Commercial Banking, Business, and Real Property Evictions and Litigation in both Federal and State courts. He is also part of the integrated Weltman Real Estate Default Group and handles complex legal foreclosure and title issues, as well as state law foreclosure compliance.  Jennifer Dillow, earning her second year of recognition, is also located in the firm's Michigan office and practices in the Consumer Collections group, with a focus in general consumer recovery, servicing regional credit unions and handling insurance subrogation matters.
