NOCA Provides Education for the Credit and Collection Community

According to Sara Donnersbach, president of NOCA, "The business community needs to better understand its role as a creditor, and how to best handle a growing accounts receivable. As we know, delinquencies continue to rise. NOCA plans to assist credit industry members by educating them on current local and national issues regarding the extension and collection of debt."

NOCA is a non-profit corporation founded under the laws of the State of Ohio. It provides a forum for the exchange of experiences and opinions and promotes professional standards of attainment and ethical practices. NOCA encourages the broadcast use of credit, consistent with sound business principles and the welfare of the community. A primary objective of NOCA is to also counsel credit users concerning their credit situation about responsibility.
