Weltman Attorney Invited to Join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman) is pleased to announce that attorney Jason Mosbaugh has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys.  Through education and collaboration the organization's goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.  Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Jason Mosbaugh practices in Consumer Collections, with a focus on the Consumer Collections (General), Collateral Recovery/Replevin, Healthcare Collections and Subrogation Groups. Based in the Cincinnati office, he also handles business litigation, defense and probate litigation. Jason earned a B.S. in Political Science and Pre-Law from Miami University in 2001 and a J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2003. A member of the American, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio State, Clermont County and Cincinnati Bar Associations, Jason is licensed in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts (Southern District of Indiana, Eastern & Western Districts of Kentucky, and Southern District of Ohio) and the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Jason is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals where he was conferred the Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) designation. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and his community involvement includes volunteering with the LiveStrong Foundation.
