Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), a firm specializing in creditors' rights, announces Partner Brady Lighthall as the new Business Unit Leader for the Real Estate Default Group. Based in the Cincinnati office, Brady practices in Real Estate Default and is the supervising attorney of the National Forwarding Program for real estate matters. Brady earned an Associate Degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University- Idaho in 1995, a B.A. in International Business Management from Utah Valley State College in 2001, an M.B.A. from Northern Kentucky University in 2005 and a J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2005. A member of the Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio State and Cincinnati Bar Associations, he is licensed to practice law in Indiana,
