Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), a full-service creditors’ rights law firm, welcomes Attorney David Mullen to its Brooklyn Heights, Ohio office. Mr. Mullen will practice in general consumer collections and legal matters. Prior to joining Weltman, his experience included class action, mass tort, and other civil matters.
Mr. Mullen is licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, and of the Cleveland Rovers Rugby Football Club. Mr. Mullen earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2012, and his B.A., summa cum laude in English and History, from the University of Akron in 2009.
Weltman’s Brooklyn Heights office was established in 1999 to assist clients with the recovery of consumer and commercial debt, in addition to handling bankruptcy, probate and insurance subrogation matters.
