Weltman Attorney Jason A. Mosbaugh Appointed to Cincinnati Paralegal Association Advisory Council

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors’ rights law firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Jason A. Mosbaugh has been appointed by the board of directors of the Cincinnati Paralegal Association to serve as a member of the organization’s Advisory Council for a one-year term. Mr. Mosbaugh leads the firm’s transportation collection & litigation practice, and also handles collateral recovery/replevin, commercial healthcare collection, and insurance and subrogation matters.

The Cincinnati Paralegal Association (CPA) is an Ohio nonprofit organization committed to the development of paralegals and the paralegal profession, the establishment and support of professional standards, and the advancement of paralegals as an integral and distinctive partner in the delivery of legal services. As a member of the Advisory Council, Mr. Mosbaugh will support the board of directors in long-range planning for the CPA in the pursuit of the organization’s goals, and assist with special projects.

Mr. Mosbaugh is a member of the Transportation & Logistics Council, Inc., and a designated Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional® by The National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) with membership in NASP’s Northern Kentucky & Ohio Chapters. He also belongs to the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Cincinnati, Clermont County, Ohio State, Indiana State, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations. An active member of his community, Mr. Mosbaugh supports the LIVESTRONG Foundation which helps cancer survivors and their loved ones. He earned his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, and his B.S. in political science and pre-law from Miami University.
