Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA Welcomes Attorney Jonathan D. Kutilek

Kutilek, Esq.Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), a full-service creditors' rights law firm now in its 87th year of client service, welcomes Attorney Jonathan D. Kutilek to its Consumer Collections Group, which provides comprehensive consumer collection services to many of the Top 10 banks in the U.S. and some of the most well-known brand names in the world.
Mr. Kutilek recently relocated from Florida, where he concentrated his creditor's rights practice primarily on residential foreclosure. He has also previously held an assistant manager position for a financial services company, where he assisted consumer borrowers with mortgages, auto loans, personal loans, and collections. He is now based in the firm's Chicago office.
Mr. Kutilek is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, and is licensed in Illinois and Florida. He earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2013, and his B.S. in business administration from the University of Central Florida in 2007.
